«Queen Leia» illustration is part of a personal project that aims to make women visible as brave and powerful beings, as opposed to the stereotype of a fragile and passive woman that is sold in most children’s stories.

It is based on the character Princess Leia from Star Wars.

The project «Squires» itself includes a series of portraits of women, both fictional and real, that show the value of women as being brave and independent.
